This workshop is designed for all levels of ability and will be led by two experienced SYT members, Viv Hankin and Geoff Lofthouse. It is hope that it will be a stimulating, enjoyable and informative practice and that students will be challenged, learn new techniques in a positive, nurturing and supportive learning environment.

During the workshop Viv will lead a varied vinyasa practice on Prana Balance enabling practitioners to develop and become aware of improved grounding, balance and energy flow.

Geoff will then lead a session with a very slow paced, repetitive and continuous flow sequence. The emphasis will be on transitioning slowly in and out of traditional poses and is accessible to all levels.  The workshop will close with pranayama and a guided relaxation.

The workshop will take place at R W Dance Studio, 31 Wargrave Road, Newton Le Willows, WA12 9QN, Lancs.
